Tavira AI writes six chapters: objectives, narration, scene directions and knowledge checks, each line tied to a quoted passage.
Quotes must match the source word for word, figures must appear in their quotes, and the narration must fit the chosen voice in two minutes.
Read each scene beside its source passage. Change narration, headlines, voice and look. A figure that is not in the source is refused.
Approval is tied to this exact version. Any later change makes it outdated until you approve again.
Records the narration, times the captions, draws the frames, adds the sound and checks the film. Every step is saved; a stopped film can be retried without losing work.
Watch it with captions and the transcript in the same workspace.
Publishing makes a numbered release and a learner link. Later edits become a new version; the release learners see does not change.
Learners sign in, watch with chapters and captions, read the transcript, pick up where they stopped, answer the checks and get a certificate. They never see your source file.
Each workspace makes one film at a time. Tavira makes three films at once, more than 100 two-minute films a day; when all are busy, new films wait in a queue and start on their own. A two-minute film takes about 30 to 40 minutes, and you can close the page while it is made.
Accounts open on their own: the first Google sign-in with a verified email creates the workspace, with 2 free minutes. The Tavira team's only routine step is confirming a bank transfer when a customer buys minutes. Nobody at Tavira writes, edits or makes a customer's course.

Preserved files, exact evidence and immutable releases keep the training tied to its source.
PDF, DOCX, PPTX, CSV, text and Markdown files. The original stays private, and every line keeps its page, slide, paragraph or row reference. Scanned PDFs need selectable text.
Read each narration beside the source quote it came from. Edit headlines, labels, camera and transitions, and approve the storyboard before anything is made.
Every displayed value stays tied to its source quote, unit and period. A forecast stays a forecast.

Tavira AI plans the teaching, Three.js draws the scenes, Google Cloud speaks the narration and FFmpeg on Cloud Run makes the film. Every step is saved, so a stopped film can be retried and you can close the page.
Learners move between chapters, turn on captions, read the transcript and pick up where they stopped. Knowledge checks and certificates are included.
Tavira AI plans the teaching and Tavira checks it. Tested templates draw it, and you approve it.
Tavira AI reads your document and drafts the teaching. Tavira checks every line against the source before you see it.
Each scene is drawn by tested 3D templates from the approved storyboard. Nothing on screen is invented.
Your chosen narrator reads every line. Captions are timed to the real speech, and a speech check flags anything to hear.
A cloud job turns the scenes and narration into the finished film and keeps its place if anything stops.
Your files stay private to your workspace. Learners see only the release you published.
Safeguards: Tavira checks every quote against your document, and nothing is made until you approve the storyboard. You review the finished film before anyone else sees it.

Policies and reports hold knowledge that helps people make better decisions. A document becomes more useful when its relationships are clear.
Tavira brings the source into a teaching workflow. Scope becomes chapters. Evidence becomes explanations. Motion shows what the words mean.
The original stays close. Reviewers can trace the narration, read the quotes and inspect the scenes. An approved film becomes a release that learners can return to.
Teach with clarity. Keep the detail available. Let people check what they have learned.

HOW IT WORKS ↗
Every new account starts with 2 free minutes, enough for one two-minute course. After that a minute costs ₦5,000 (approximately $3.67 USD) and a two-minute course is ₦10,000 (approximately $7.35 USD). Ten minutes is five two-minute courses. Scripts, motion scenes, narration, captions, a transcript and 1080p output are included. Watching a course never uses minutes, and a course that does not finish does not use yours. Open Minutes in your account, choose how many you want and send the request. You get a reference code and pay by bank transfer in naira. Payment is confirmed by hand for now, and your minutes are added as soon as it is confirmed.
Import selectable-text PDF, DOCX, PPTX, text, Markdown or mapped training CSV. Claude creates a source-grounded teaching storyboard. Review the narration and scene direction, render the film in the cloud, then approve the finished output before publication.
Yes. The storyboard needs approval before rendering. The finished video, narration and captions need a separate review before publication. Source, storyboard and output digests are frozen in the published release.
Choose from ten professional English voices: five male and five female. Listen to samples, set your preferred default and select the narrator with your storyboard. One voice stays consistent throughout the two-minute teaching overview. Output is 16:9, 1920 × 1080 at 24 fps, with an H.264/AAC MP4, captions and a transcript.
Yes. Chapter controls seek to the measured narration timeline. Signed-in learners keep their resume position after reloading. Playback position supports resuming; it is not a claim that every second was watched.
Original sources stay in private Google Cloud Storage. Firebase identity and workspace permissions protect source and asset access. Only the creator-approved example film is public; imported documents are not automatically published.
Learners answer every source-backed knowledge check and acknowledge the training. The server grades the answers and binds successful completion and its certificate to the published course release.
Minutes are the only limit you manage. A film that fails or is stopped gives its minutes back, and retries after a Tavira-side failure do not use your minutes. If a course keeps failing, Tavira pauses it and keeps your minutes, and Account help says what to do.
