Terms of service.
These are the rules for using Tavira, in plain words. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. See also our privacy and access page.
Your account
Use Tavira for yourself or for an organisation you are allowed to act for. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Each person should have one account.
Your documents and courses
You keep ownership of the documents you upload and the courses made from them. You give Tavira permission to process your documents to make the course you ask for, including sending the text that each step needs to our providers (Anthropic for planning, Google Cloud for narration and storage).
Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload personal data you do not need; keep learner lists separate from training content. You can ask us to delete your files and account by writing to dozie@tavira.live.
Minutes, free courses and payment
A new account may include free minutes (currently 2). We can change or stop the free minutes for new accounts at any time. Minutes already in your account stay in it.
A two-minute course uses two minutes when you start it. If the course does not finish, the minutes come back to your account automatically. Watching a course never uses minutes.
You buy minutes in naira at the price shown when you request them, currently ₦5,000 a minute. Payment is confirmed by hand for now: you request minutes, pay by bank transfer using your reference, and the minutes are added once we confirm the payment. If you think you were charged in error, write to dozie@tavira.live and we will review it.
Courses are made with AI
Tavira uses AI to plan and narrate each course, and it checks quotations against your document. A course is a short teaching overview, not professional, legal or compliance advice. You review the plan and the finished film, and you are responsible for deciding that a course is right for your learners before you share it.
What you must not do
Do not break the law with Tavira. Do not upload material that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not use Tavira to mislead people. Do not attack or overload the service, or create many accounts to collect free minutes. We may stop an account that does any of this.
Changes and availability
Tavira is new software and we keep improving it. Features, prices and these terms can change. We will post changes on this site, and a price change does not affect minutes you have already bought. We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Tavira is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Tavira at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Questions about these terms: dozie@tavira.live.
